well thats a heck of a blog kurt. coming from an old forgotten friend of yours.. sometimes people cant find it in themselves to make all the changes that are required to make their way of living wholly acceptable to you. but we make our efforts and if you and all of us are lucky, our youth are also watching and listening and willing to question our choices .so while i sit here and type out this little comment.. my 4 mos old son and i are planning daddys next job of building our vegetable garden and anxiously searching for when our local organic market opens up so we can roast beets for dinner tomorrow night.. so dont stew too long on the things that we have or do that arent appropriate to maintaining the positive effects and changes made on the environment and our international cultures but rather express your excitement for the efforts and changes you see in those people because thats what's going to set the roots for larger changes in us as a whole. provide the soil, set the seed and hope we water the roots. much love.

Kurt - I really appreciate your willingness to share your heartfelt cries of frustration and experiences. Your authenticity is inspiring and thought provoking...stirring my emotions. Myself and people I know and meet daily are awakening to the needs of our world and taking action. I find that inspiring...can't wait for the 100th monkey! I enjoyed reconnecting with you last weekend.
